Definition of Terms

Bulk Rate Discounts are available on certain items of a substantial quantity; 1000, 5000, full role, box, case, etc. depending on the actual item. Contact us for availability and pricing. Certain conditions and restrictions apply.

Clearance are items being liquidated from our inventory and have been marked down for quick sale, they may be items of limited supply, closeout, discontinued, removed from salvaged blinds, NOS, OS, mixed lots, etc. Most these items will be in our Clearance pages, certain groups of items may be found under their relative category. Factory packages may be trimmed, cut, folded or removed for shipping/packing purposes. Clearance items are sold as-is and non-refundable.

Closeouts are items of limited stock, they could be out of production, discontinued, a change in design, no longer available, etc. Closeout items are non-refundable.

Die Lots: Some items that come in a variety of colors or finishes may have manufacturing changes in die lot coloring over time, though we do our best to pair up same color/finish for each order it is possible for variations between the actual part number/product code/item number and that of the same part you may have purchased in the past.

Finish / Color: Do to differences in monitor and screen resolutions variations in color between the actual product and what you view on your screen may differ, when ever possible we use actual part numbers or color codes from the manufacture for reference.

Limited Stock: As the term implies refers to stock of usually 20 pieces or less of that particular item, finish, or color available. The item in question may be discontinued, on backorder, no longer available, etc.

Low Price Guarantee: Blinds USA Inc offers the lowest prices possible, we do this by keeping our overhead low therefore passing on the savings to you. If you find the same item for less from any other internet company we will do our best to meet or beat their price by 10% prior to ordering, send us an email with a link to the page for verification. Mixed Stock: Sometimes parts come from different suppliers of the same part so the design/die stamping will be different.

NOS (New Old Stock) as the name implies refers to items that are New but have been in stock for awhile, there may have been changes in die-lot, design or physical appearance. NOS items may or may not show signs of ware from handling and storage, some examples of ware may be; nicks, discoloring, scuff marks, scratches, etc. Other conditions may apply. NOS items are sold as-is and non-refundable.

OS (Old Stock) listed in our Clearance section are items that will show signs of ware either from storage or pre-use (samples, displays, etc.) some examples of ware may be but are not limited to; scratches, discoloring, oxidation, paint residue, scuff marks, etc. Many of the items as such are hard to find, out of production, etc. Other conditions may apply. OS items are sold as-is and non-refundable.

Parts Availability Do to the vast quantity of parts available in this industry all parts may not be listed, especially when it comes to drapery rods and hardware. If there's a particular part your looking for and can't find on our website Contact us for assistance.

Special Order is available on items we don't normally stock in our inventory or offer on our website: Included but not limited to: drapery rods, tracks, valances, vanes, material, etc. Contact us for additional information, availability and pricing.

Wood Products Do to the nature of wood, wood products may vary in color finish and texture; mineral spots, natural imperfections, and grain patterns. Unfinished Natural woods may accept paint and stains differently.
