Blinds USA Inc is an Internet based company located in Margate Florida, established in 1997 with the need to bring to the market quality parts at for all window treatments, we stock most of what we sell therefore are able to ship same day, if not next day, all merchandise is shipped directly from our facility here in south Florida.
 

  • When calling Blinds USA Inc if you don't receive an answer or it's after hours leave a message with a call back number and short message and we'll return your call as soon as possible, if you don't receive a call back your message or phone number may not have been understood.

  • Need to change an order? Contact us immediately by email as orders are processed through out the day and night, if during regular business hours call us as well but all request must be in writing, attach or forward us your payment receipt with reference to changes (shipping address, color, size, etc.). Once we receive and review your email you will get a reply confirmation, if you don't receive a reply then we didn't receive your email.

  • Enquiring about the status of your order? Be sure to check your emails in-box and spam folder, payment and shipping confirmation are automatically sent from PayPal Services on behalf of Blinds USA Inc. Once orders are shipped you are sent a shipping confirmation email from PayPal Services on behalf of Blinds USA Inc which will include a tracking number, at least 24-hours should be allowed for the USPS to scan your package till tracking is updated.

Email or Text us a clear digital photo or image (of different angles if necessary) and any information available you can provide (make, part number, size, etc.), please do not call trying to describe what it looks like as there may be different types of the same part.
