Domestic Shipping (within the United States):

• If ordering more the one type of item read about Combined Shipping first.

• We ship to all 50-states including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands via the United State Postal Service (USPS).

• We do not ship COD or over-night delivery.

• Orders are shipped same day if not next day in most cases within 24-hrs of cleared payment depending on stock, availability or unforeseen circumstances, bulk and special orders may take longer depending on the actual item. Other conditions may apply.

• Once your order has been processed for shipping you will receive confirmation via email from PayPal Services which includes a USPS Tracking Number, once the USPS scans your package tracking will commence. Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 2-5 days depending on location.

• Factory packaging may be trimmed, cut, folded, altered or removed for packing/shipping purposes.

• Kirsch Drapery rods and case-lots of hardware are shipped 1-3 days directly from our Kirsch distributor anywhere within the continental United States, contact us for more information, include your zip code for a free quote.

• PayPal members be sure your account is up to date prior to ordering. PayPal Checkout does not always show or ask you where you want your order shipped when you only have one address setup in your account, Blinds USA Inc will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost shipments.

• Any undeliverable or misdirected parcels returned to Blinds USA Inc are subject to re-shipping fees.

• Canceled orders may be subject to processing fees.

• USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days): Available by request. Standard on most packages over 1lb.

• USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days): Available by request only, Contact us.

• UPS: Available by request. Standard on many packages over 22" long and many overweight packages, Contact us.

• FedEx: Available on Kirsch Curtain Rod and Specialty orders only.

• Note: International shipping rates apply for all orders shipped outside the United States:
  Checkout may not finalize your order, the shopping cart is set up for domestic orders only, International rates can be 3-times higher then domestic shipping on a single item, more or less on multiple items. International rates are calculated based on location, you will be sent an invoice via email for any balance due, once payment is received your order will be processed and shipped.

• You may Contact us prior to ordering for a free shipping quote or fill out our order form to request an invoice.

Change of Address (COA)

If you wish your order shipped to an alternate address other then your billing address then follow the steps below.

During Checkout---

• For credit card payments: On the credit card form click on the R box next to "Ship to my billing address", an extension of the form will open allowing you to enter an alternate ship-to address.

• For PayPal payments: You will already need to have an alternate shipping address set up in your account, for security reasons PayPal may not allow you to enter a change of address, in that case you will need to use a credit/debit card for payment that's not connected to your PayPal account.

After Checkout---

If you missed it or forgot Contact us immediately both by phone and email and let us know where you wish your order shipped to, we must receive your change of address request prior to processing. Additional shipping charges, fees and taxes may be due depending on destination.

Combined Shipping

Discounts apply to orders of two or more items (not to be confused with Quantity). As shown in the example below the shipping charges add together, the actual shipping charge is less then what is presented, the difference in combined shipping will be adjusted in the form of a refund back to the payees credit card or PayPal account after the order has been processed, the shopping cart can not do this automatically.

Why do the shipping charges add up? Each item has it's own shipping charge based on the individual item in order to give an accurate shipping charge per item. So when two or more items are added to the cart the shipping charges will add together, a refund of the difference is issued after the order has been processed.

If you wish to know the actual shipping charge prior to ordering Contact us, if you wish we'll send you a personalized invoice of your order.

• Add to Cart..... Item #DRP-EBR1 ____ s/p $6.24

• Add to Cart..... Item #DRP-CBR1 ____ s/p $6.24

• The Cart shows total shipping of: $12.48

• Actual shipping charge: $6.48

• Difference to be refunded: $6.00

1. Pay the invoice as presented; The difference in combined shipping will be issued in the form of a refund back to your credit card or PayPal account.

2. Request an invoice; Send us an email of what you wish to order and we will issue you an invoice by return email, you may also fill out a order/request form. Be sure to include your complete name and address.
