Domestic Shipping (within the United States):

• If ordering more the one type of item refer to Combined Shipping.

• We ship to all 50-states including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands via the United State Postal Service (USPS).

• We do not ship COD.

• Orders are shipped same day if not next day in most cases depending on stock, availability or unforeseen circumstances, bulk and special and custom orders may take a bit longer depending on the actual item. Other conditions may apply.

• Drapery rods ship within 2-3 days, custom made-to-order tracks can take 2-3 weeks and are only shipped within the continental United States via FedEx, contact us for more information.

• Shipping rates vary by destination, over-size/over-weight and bulky items may require extra postage.

• Purchasing large quantity's of certain items may not show an accurate shipping cost do to limitations of the Shopping Carts internal calculator, many times it will be lower then what is presented, therefore a refund of the difference will be refunded.

• FedEx (3-5 Days): Standard on Kirsch Drapery Rods, case lots and certain Kirsch hardware.

International Shipping (outside the United States):

International Mail Service Suspensions

The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to inadequate transportation options or service disruptions within the country. Customers: please refrain from mailing items addressed to the countries listed at the link below, until further notice.

• At the present time we have turned off International shipping. Contact us for more information.

• NOTE: The shopping cart is setup for domestic shipping only within the United States and is unable to calculate International rates. International shipping rates outside the United States are based on final Global destination, an invoice is issued for the balance due.

• If you have an address within the United States you wish your order shipped to instead, Contact us and we will make the necessary change-of-address.

• If you wish to know the cost of International shipping prior to ordering Contact us, tell us what you intend to order or fill out an order form.

• Drapery & Curtain rods of any kind can not be shipped Internationally.

• Parcels are shipped via USPS International mail. Customers are responsible for any and all duty's, taxes, customs fees, etc.

Change of Address (COA)

If you wish your order shipped to an address other then your credit cards billing address follow the steps below during Checkout.

• Credit Card payments: Select Checkout, Pay without a PayPal account. On the credit card payment form uncheck the box next to "Shipping same as billing address", an extension of the form will open allowing you to enter your Shipping address.
   

• PayPal payments: You must have a shipping address set up in your account, for security reasons PayPal may not allow you to enter a change of address, in that case you will need to pay via credit/debit card that is not connected to your PayPal account.

Combine Orders

• If you've placed two separate orders and wish them combined and shipped together Contact us immediately both by phone and email and let us know, otherwise your orders will be shipped individually as received.

Combined Shipping

Discounts apply to orders of two or more items (not to be confused with Quantity). As shown in the example below the shipping charges add together, if the actual shipping charge is less then what is presented the difference in combined shipping charges will be adjusted in the form of a refund back to the payees credit card or PayPal account after the order has been processed, the shopping cart does not do this automatically.

Why do the shipping charges add up? Each item has it's own shipping charge based on the individual item in order to give an accurate shipping charge per item. So when two or more items are added to the cart the shipping charges will add together, a refund of the difference is issued after the order has been processed.

If you wish to know the actual shipping charge prior to ordering Contact us.

Example:

• Add to Cart..... Item #DRP-EBR1 ____ s/p $6.24

• Add to Cart..... Item #DRP-CBR1 ____ s/p $6.24

• The Cart shows total shipping of: $12.48

• Actual shipping charge: $6.48

• Difference to be refunded: $6.00

1. Pay the invoice as presented; The difference in combined shipping will be refunded back to your credit card or PayPal account.

2. Request an invoice; Send us an email of what you wish to order and we will issue you an invoice by return email, you may also fill out a order/request form. Be sure to include your complete name and address.
